Business Development Director (B2B - IT related)

Our client, an advanced technology vendor with a well-known brand name, is seeking for a Sales Director who plays a critical role in building business and leading sales targets of the company in Hong Kong, also help in managing key accounts, in developing new offerings in opening new accounts/ partnerships within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for identifying new market segment, building good partnership and business development, managing and engaging the pipeline of business opportunities and account plans.
  • In charge of the sales teams, maintain their sales activities level to achieve KPI and sales target. Coaching and supporting teams on tender and sales leads, and assist in negotiation with clients/ solve client issues in a strategic manner.
  • Establish excellent rapport with key prospective accounts/distributors to build good sales channels relationship, channel management plans, develop collaboration model and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Collect market intelligence with the market pulse, share the market trends and its competitiveness to teams
  • Identify and conduct competitors analysis regularly with aggressive strategies for market penetration in order to gain better market shares
  • Selling and promoting the company’s core products and service to build customer loyalty enhance company image with sustainable professionalism, with push and pull sales strategies to acquire potential market shares and support marketing activities to leverage business development

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 8 years’ experience in business development/ account servicing in IT or related field
  • Candidates with less vendor experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager, "Can-do" attitude is the most important
  • Good knowledge of IT, wifi, cloud and networking service would be an advantage
  • Good communication skill, proactive, dynamics and willing to accept challenge
  • Being aggressive, good problem-solving skills and presentation skills is required
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
